At Mortgage Extra we understand the benefits of personal service. On this basis you will be dealt with by one person throughout the mortgage process thus ensuring continuity of information.
The Personal Consultant assigned will be responsible for handling any email or telephone queries you may have and also, for updating your case tracking, that can be accessed once you have registered. Again in keeping with our simple approach registration is effortless and should take a few seconds, depending on your typing skills.
The case tracking will be handled in real time and once updated by your Personal Consultant an email will be sent, so you are made aware of any changes that will have happened to your application.
Mortgage Extra do offer a Home visit service to assist with your mortgage, life assurance or buildings & contents decision but at present this is restricted to Essex, Suffolk and the Home Counties. We hope to roll out further areas in 2006.
